”The subject of my thesis is the future innovations of the Finnish self-service hotel chain Omena Hotels. In my thesis, I observe the opinion of the current customers and look into the future of the user experience. To conclude, I present the future service experience in a concept form using the Yrjönkatu location in Helsinki. One of the projects’ most important goals has been to increase the customers understanding of Omena Hotels. The concept should work as a conversation kickstarter for the development of Omena Hotels. This project has been carried out in cooperation with Omena Hotels and Parviainen Architects.”
